Hello Little Fly

I'm alone on this page
just me
a man with his thoughts
and observations
and then you wander in
with your eyes
your thoughts
your mind
and I catch you 
like a spider catches a fly
only I wasn't trying to catch you
I was just here alone
with my thoughts 
and my observations
and now I can't get rid of you
In some cases that is is good,
and in some cases that is bad.
